MTM Selected as 2016 Best Place to Work

Nearly 150 St. Louis-area companies participated in the survey, with only 46 being named finalists. The most employee-friendly workplaces were selected based on survey responses that measured communication, management structure, benefits, teamwork, and several other factors.
The winners will be announced at a breakfast event on Friday, March 4. Awards like this are extremely important to MTM as they recognize our employees for their hard work and dedication, and make MTM a desirable workplace for top-notch staff.
