Minnesota Customer Service Center Update
MTM Minnesota recently welcomed its newest Customer Service Center Supervisor, Erika Diaz. She has graced our operations with her friendly personality, welcoming smile, and love for penguins.
Erika came all the way from California to join our team. Her background includes 10 years of customer service experience, and 7 years of supervisory experience. Her transition into our team has been extremely smooth; all have enjoyed getting to know her strengths as a leader. Now we couldn’t imagine our team without her on it!
Ericka’s primary motive for applying for our supervisor position was for the challenge that it would present to her. In her researching MTM, she discovered our focus on removing community barriers and determined that her values aligned with ours in a big way. She was impressed that MTM was willing to take a chance on her coming to Minnesota all the way from California. After talking to Call Center Manager Brian Rooney, she felt that MTM and the Minnesota team specifically would be a good fit for her. She had a positive experience going through our hiring process.We are extremely lucky to have her as an asset on our team, and we look forward to many more years with Erika.
The Minnesota customer service center now has a staff of 46 customer service representatives that takes calls throughout the day. That is a number that we will watch grow as we continue to succeed as an organization.
