Alaina Macia on the Process of Becoming an Author

Did you know our President and CEO Alaina Macia is on the journey of becoming an author? While it’s been an intimidating process, she says it is important for her to be able to tell the story of MTM and our history in an effort to inspire other leaders. In this video clip, Alaina talks about the process of becoming an author, and why her mission is to make sure its not just another book sitting on the shelf. Instead, her goal is to author a book that makes people think differently about the way they view and operate their own companies.
