Alaina Macia Participates in Panel Discussion on Strategic Ownership

Our President and CEO Alaina Macia recently partnered with the Tugboat Institute to participate in a panel discussion at the Fourth Annual Olin Family Business Symposium at Washington University’s Olin Business School, where she offered her insight into MTM’s approaches to ownership and leadership. Leveraging her perspective of assuming leadership of MTM and growing her family-owned business, she and fellow panelist Penny Pennington of Edward Jones Financial spoke about what it takes to steward strategic ownership and thrive in the long-term.
