Jill Hericks Named Director, Strategic Accounts at MTM
MTM is pleased to announce the hiring of Jill Hericks as our second Director, Strategic Accounts. Jill’s primary responsibility is leading MTM’s strategic partnerships between current and future non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) clients in the western half of the United States. With a focus on collaborating to remove community barriers for members nationwide, she works with leaders from health plans and state Medicaid organizations to connect members to high quality, reliable NEMT services.
Jill has spent the past 18 years in leadership roles within the hospitality industry, focusing on sales in event management, convention, hotel group, and food and beverage. For the past two years, she served as Director of Convention Sales for Explore St. Louis, where she oversaw the sales team for America’s Center, one of the city’s top convention venues. Prior to that role, she spent five years as Director of Sales at Hollywood Casino, where she was responsible for a 73% increase in sales and developed strategic, thoughtful relationships with her event clients. Jill earned her bachelors of science degree from South Dakota State University.
