As of June 8, 2024, the Mississippi NEMT program is now operated by Modivcare. Here are some important things to remember:
- Call Modivcare at 1-866-331-6004 for more information or to book a ride.
- To file a complaint about a call that took place on May 24 or after, or a ride that took place on June 8 or after, call Modivcare at 1-866-381-4853.
- To file a complaint about a call that took place on or before May 23 or a ride that took place on or before June 7, call MTM Health at 1-866-436-0457. You can also submit a complaint online at www.mtm-inc.net/contact.
- If you have a question about a gas mileage reimbursement trip that occurred on or before June 7, or would like to check on the status of a reimbursement claim, call MTM Health at 1-888-513-0703.
- If you need to submit a trip log for a gas mileage reimbursement trip that took place on or before June 7, make sure to submit your trip logs to MTM Health within 60 days of the trip date. You may submit trip logs via email, fax, or mail:
