Medical Transportation Management (MTM) is the state of Mississippi’s non-emergency transportation (NET) manager. We arrange rides free of charge for eligible Fee for Service (FFS) Medicaid beneficiaries throughout the state. Call us to set up a ride to your health care provider for a covered medical service if you have no other way to get there.

Important Notice

Beginning June 8, MTM will no longer provide rides for Mississippi DOM beneficiaries. Modivcare will manage your rides. When you call to schedule a ride on or after June 8, your call will go to Modivcare. The phone number will remain the same: 1-866-331-6004.

To ensure prompt payment for gas mileage reimbursement trips that took place on or before June 7, make sure to submit your trip logs to MTM within 60 days of the trip date. You may submit trip logs via email, fax, or mail:

To schedule transportation:

Call us toll-free at 1-866-331-6004  at least three business days in advance, unless your trip is urgent. If you call less than three business days prior to your appointment and the trip is not urgent, you may need to set up your visit for a different date.

To file a complaint:

We always want to provide excellent service. Call MTM’s toll-free WeCare line at 1-866-436-0457 if you have a complaint about the service you received. You may also use our convenient online form. If you are a transportation provider who would like to file a complaint, please call 1-844-399-9465. We will follow up on all complaints.

If your ride is late:

Call MTM’s toll-free Where’s My Ride line at 1-866-334-3794 if you have waited more than 15 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time OR if you called your driver after your appointment and have waited more than one hour to be picked up.
