MTM’s Logistics Team Introduces Our Latest Round of Transportation Heroes
It’s that time again–our Logistics team is excited to recognize our latest round of Transportation Heroes!
Every day that they are on the road, our network of transportation providers ensures that our members nationwide get safely to and from their healthcare appointments. Thanks to their dedication to providing high quality rides day in and day out, MTM is able to achieve our vision of communities without barriers on behalf of our clients and their Medicaid and Medicare members.
Every quarter, we recognize the contributions of these transportation providers through the MTM Transportation Hero honor. We acknowledge high performing companies by bestowing them with this award for their service and achievements, with one deserving company taking home the status of National Transportation Hero. Winners are selected based on performance data like turnbacks, no shows, and complaint rates–all key deliverables in providing a high quality transportation experience.
