Post-Dispatch Names MTM a Winner of the 2021 Greater St. Louis Top Workplaces Award
Our employees are our most valuable asset, and we’re excited to announce that, once again, they have helped us become one of the St. Louis area’s Top Workplaces! This year, we’re proud to have come in 7th in the Large Company category. MTM joins 150 other local companies on the Top Workplaces 2021 list published by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. The prestigious list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection.
MTM was previously named to the Post-Dispatch’s Top Workplace list in 2014, 2017, 2018, and 2019. This year, nearly 270 St. Louis-area MTM teammates completed the survey used to gauge the workplace culture of Top Workplace nominees.
