Chad Nolan

As Chief Data Analytics Officer, Chad Nolan leads MTM Health’s enterprise-wide data strategy, driving innovation through analytics, AI, and data governance. With more than 15 years of experience in data transformation, he specializes in leveraging data as a strategic asset to enhance operational efficiencies, improve healthcare access, and drive measurable business impact. Before joining MTM Health, Chad served as General Partner and Head of Data at Edward Jones, where he led a 120-person team through a $175 million data and analytics transformation initiative. His career also includes leadership roles focused on enterprise data governance, AI-driven business solutions, and large-scale digital modernization efforts. Chad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics with a minor in Finance from Christian Brothers University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Passionate about giving back, he actively supports organizations like the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation and participates in charitable cycling events.
