Dawn Kotva

With a focus on providing a best-in-class customer and client experience, Dawn guides the overall operational direction of our organization. Dawn joined MTM in 2019 as Vice President, Operations, a role in which she directed all areas of our transportation and Logistics operations, ensuring top-level performance from our multi-modal network of transportation providers. As COO, she helps to improve network adequacy, execute our Corporate Logistics Strategy, and enhance service transparency through our proprietary MTM Link platform. Dawn is focused on guiding MTM’s operations as we move toward more technology-enabled features that leverage AI to dynamically predict transportation resource capacity, proactively adjust transportation resources to ensure on-time performance, and accurately match members to their most appropriate mode and driver. Dawn has more than 20 years of experience in executive management roles for organizations like Penske Logistics, Express Scripts, and Cigna. Dawn earned her MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. She is a former Navy Lieutenant Commander, and holds her GE Master Black Belt certification.
