Kerri Mileski

With more than ten years of experience in corporate compliance, employee relations, strategic planning, and new business implementation, Kerri is MTM’s human resources and culture expert. As Chief People Officer, she focuses on our overall culture, staff engagement, and organizational design. Kerri oversees MTM’s People & Culture umbrella, inclusive of our Human Resources, Training, Compliance, and Employee Engagement teams, to ensure ongoing corporate enhancement, as well as improved employee hiring practices, training programs, and employee satisfaction. Her main goal is to ensure we hire and train the most qualified staff, resulting in overall operational quality and client satisfaction. She holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership
