Yes. Providers must meet credentialing qualifications. They must also complete training. An MTM employee will guide you through these steps.
MTM sends trips through our MTM Link Provider Portal. For those providers who use their own dispatching software, we can connect to your software via API to send trips to you.
MTM does not pay for no shows. You should confirm the pick-up time with the recipient on the day before the trip. If a recipient says that they won’t be going to their appointment, cancel the trip.

Transportation providers must have general and automobile liability policies. These policies must be no less than $1,500,000 each. MTM must be listed as a Certificate Holder and Additional Insured on both polices. Your company must hold worker’s compensation insurance that meets state requirements.
There is currently a waitlist of providers that want to become contracted with MTM. We estimate the wait time of between 8-12 months for new providers to receive the opportunity to become contracted. Please click here to join our waitlist.
