President and CEO Alaina Macia recaps a strong 2016, one that brought MTM operations westward to Nevada and California and many prestigious awards. She shares her excitement for the future as we invest more and more in technology to enhance our member experience, whether riding with a transportation provider contracted with MTM, or working with one of our Customer Service Representatives on the phone.
